Provided by a New Jersey Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), services address:

• Anxiety and Stress

• Behavioral concerns

• Emotional regulation

• Life transitions

• Parenting stress

• Family Changes

• School and social challenges

Confidential sessions are available via secure telehealth for NJ residents. Christian Counseling also available, upon request.

Availability: Currently accepting new clients on a limited basis.

Equine-Assisted Services   

Equine-assisted services integrate horses into the therapeutic process to support:

• Emotional awareness

• Confidence

• Communication skills

• Anxiety reduction

• Trauma-informed growth

Experience with horses is not necessary. Services may include observation, grooming, and interaction with horses. No riding is involved.
